Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 29 August 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 672.7952 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 454,732,443 ordinary shares in issue.
