TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 27 August 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 86,940 ordinary shares at an average price of 538.5894 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 542 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 527.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,005,866 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,699,230.
