DECLARATION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board announces that a dividend of 2.10 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to shareholders on 26 September 2014.  The dividend is payable to shareholders on the register on 5 September 2014.  The associated ex-dividend date is 3 September 2014.
