TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 26 August 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 86,645 ordinary shares at an average price of 526.2612 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 530.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 519 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,071,781 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,633,315.
