Baronsmead VCT 3 plc

The Directors have declared a second interim dividend of 4.5p per share.  It is the board's current expectation that the second interim dividend will be in lieu of the final dividend that would normally be declared on the publication of the Company's results for the year to 31 December 2014.  The Company paid an interim dividend of 8.0p per share on 7 March 2014.  As a result, in the absence of any further dividends, the Company will have paid a total of 12.5p per share for the year to 31 December 2014.

The dividend will be paid on 19 September 2014 to shareholders on the register as of 5 September 2014.  The last date for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 8 September 2014.
