Interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2014

Further to the announcement earlier today of its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 June 2014, the Company confirms that the interim dividend of 11.0p per share will be paid on 2 January 2015 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on 7 November 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 6 November 2014.

The Company also operates a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRP'). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections is 4.00 pm (UK time) on 9 December 2014.
