TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 21 August 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 85,865 ordinary shares at an average price of 516.3548 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 521.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 507.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 3,897,481; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,807,615.
