Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 20 August 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 71,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 662.6934 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 455,152,843 ordinary shares in issue.
