TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 14 August 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 51,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 516.8915 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 518 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 515 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 3,476,231; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 236,228,865.
