Cancellation of listing on Luxembourg Stock Exchange

As announced on 6 August 2014, the Company has applied for the cancellation of its listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.  The Company is pleased to confirm that it has received notification from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange that the cancellation of its listing will become effective on 1 September 2014.

The Company intends to proceed with its proposed admission to the AIM market operated by the London Stock Exchange. An announcement confirming the expected timetable for the cancellation of the listing of the entire issued share capital of the Company on the premium segment of the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and the admission of such shares to trading on AIM will be made in due course.
