Staffline, the national recruitment, outsourcing, training and Welfare to Work organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, announces that it was notified today that Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 46,875 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital, into his pension plan for £9.21 each per ordinary share.  Following the transfer the total beneficial interest of Andy Hogarth in the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged.
