Grant of new Share Options

On 6 August 2014 the Company received notification from the Yorkshire Building Society that the Directors listed below had been granted share options over a total of 31,826 ordinary shares of

1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 July 2014 pursuant to the Company's Sharesave Plan.

The Options are exercisable at a price of 163 pence per Ordinary Share, being a 20 per cent discount to the market value of the Company's shares on the dealing day immediately prior to the date of invitation to apply for options.

The new options granted under the Company's Sharesave Plan will become exercisable in the period from 1 October 2017 to 31 March 2018 for the three year plan and 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020 for the five year plan.
