The Company announces that it has been informed that on 6th August 2014 Maarten Slendebroek, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 4130 ordinary shares at a price of 364.30p

Following this transaction Mr Slendebroek holds an interest in 174,189 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.038 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
