Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, the Company announces that it received notification today that following the Final Dividend payment on 31 July 2014, Equiniti Registrars purchased the following Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") for directors under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 1418.25 pence per Share.
