Exercise of Options

The Company has received notice that, on 28 July 2014, an employee exercised options over 197 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the rules of the Barclays Sharesave Scheme 2011.

Pursuant to the exercise of these options, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 197 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 4 August 2014.

Following this notification, the Company has 13,592,372 Ordinary Shares in issue.
