Interim Dividend Dates

Further to the Company's interim results announcement on 29 July 2014, the Company confirms that the dividend of 7.81 pence per ordinary share referred to in its 2014 interim results will be paid on 5 September 2014 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 August 2014 (ex-dividend date 6 August 2014).
