Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP"), the UK's leading investor in modern primary healthcare facilities, announces that a wholly owned subsidiary has contracted to fund the development of and acquire a new modern, purpose built medical centre to be constructed in Flintshire, North Wales.  The completed property will cost £3.5 million (net assets acquired £3.5 million).

The centre is expected to be completed by the end of 2015 and will be let to the Local Health Board and a 4 partner GP practice both on 20 year lease terms.
