The Company was notified on 25 July 2014 of the following transfers of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of 10 pence by David Green, Robert Barker and Julie Barker, spouse of Robert Barker, a Connected Person of the Company, to their adult children for nil consideration.
