Grant of Options

Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company, today announces that its Remuneration Committee has issued options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Options") to Stephen Moon, a director of the Company, in line with his remuneration package.

Mr Moon has been awarded 328,125 Options following his and the Company's performance for the year ended 31 March 2014. Mr Moon held no Options prior to this award. The Options can be exercised by Mr Moon for nil consideration.

The Company also announces that following the placing undertaken by the Company, as announced on 9th April 2014, its Remuneration Committee has amended the Company's share option plan ("SOP") to take into account the increased share capital of the Company post placing. The maximum awards to employees under the SOP as a percentage remains unchanged however the actual number of Options that can be issued to each employee under the SOP has been increased to reflect the larger issued ordinary share capital of the Company post placing, being 24,625,591 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. Mr Moon and John Clarke, both directors of the Company, are potential future beneficiaries of the SOP.
