Appointment of Company Secretary

AO World plc announces the appointment of Julie Finnemore as Company Secretary with immediate effect.  Julie is a qualified solicitor who joined the Company from Atticus Legal LLP as Head of Group Legal in January 2014. Julie will continue in this role in addition to her new appointment as Company Secretary. Julie succeeds David Myers who is stepping down as planned now that the transition to a listed company is complete.
