EBT Share Purchase

On 16 July 2014 the Company was notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 15 July the Trust completed the purchase of 924 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,399p each.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 252,196 Ordinary Shares representing 1.86% of the Company's current voting rights.
