Change in Directors' Details

Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company', 'Close Brothers') announces that the board has appointed Oliver Corbett, who was appointed a non-executive director of the Company on 3 June 2014, chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate effect, following receipt of UK regulatory approval.

He succeeds Geoffrey Howe, a non-executive director of the Company, who was appointed to the position on an interim basis on 1 July 2014, following the decision of Shonaid Jemmett-Page to stand down as a non-executive director of the Company due to the requirements of Capital Requirements Directive IV.

These notifications are made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.11 R.
