Issue of shares and total voting rights
Staffline announces it has issued 60,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to the Staffline EBT in connection with employee incentive arrangements.
An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which is expected to take effect on or around 16July 2014.
Following the issue and allotment, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 27,747,551 ordinary shares of 10p each, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Staffline under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
