EBT Share Purchase

On 9 July 2014 the Company was notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 4 June the Trust completed the purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,607.5p each.

The Company was also informed that on 7 July 2014 the Trust completed the purchase of 1,576 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,510p each.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 251,272 Ordinary Shares representing 1.85% of the Company's current voting rights.
