TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 8 July 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 100,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 569.8411 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 571.50 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 567.50 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 1,858,407; and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 237,846,689.
