Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Science in Sport plc (the "Company") confirms the following:

As at 30 June 2014 the Company's issued share capital consists of 24,625,591 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 24,625,591 Ordinary Shares.

The above figure (24,625,591 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
