Company Secretary Change

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), the UK's leading supplier of solid fuels and bulk material logistics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Norman Robertson, currently General Counsel, to the position of Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 July 2014.

Andrew will replace Stephen Nigel MacQuarrie who is stepping down as Group Company Secretary to focus on Hargreaves' surface mining business in his capacity as Planning Director.

Tim Ross, Chairman of Hargreaves, commented: "I would like to thank Stephen for his considerable contribution to the Board and we look forward to working closely with Andrew in his new role".
