Board Appointment

Mountview Estates P.L.C., the property trading company, is pleased to announce that Mrs Mhairi Jarvis MRICS will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 1 July 2014.

Mhairi Lindsay Jarvis is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, who brings to this role a wealth of experience in the UK residential property sector. She is a graduate of the University of Aberdeen in Land Economy and has worked for over 15 years in a variety of private practice and consulting roles with auction houses, agencies and asset managers.

There are no disclosures in respect of LR 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the FCA's Listing Rules.
