TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we notify the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2014, the Company's issued share capital consists of 200,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 200,000,000.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
