The Company has today been notified that Toby Parker, Finance Director of the Company, has purchased 2,500 ordinary shares at a price of 355 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Parker has a beneficial interest in 9,250 ordinary shares, representing 0.34 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
