Vertu Motors announces today that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Bond Dickinson LLP at St Ann's Wharf, 112 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX at 11.00 a.m. on 24 July 2014.
