Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2014 and Notice of 2014 Annual General Meeting.

Norcros plc ("Norcros" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 and the 2014 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Norcros announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2014 on 19 June 2014.

The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11am on 23 July 2014 at De Vere Mottram Hall, Wilmslow Road, Mottram St Andrew, Cheshire SK10 4QT.
