25 June 2014 - Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), , announces that Mr Tim Irish a newly appointed non-executive Director, has informed the Company of the following share purchases:

24 June 2014	300,000	11.25p

As a result of these transactions, Tim Irish's shareholding in the Company totals 500,000 ordinary shares,  representing 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of Deltex Medical.
