Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Following the grant of options over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Shares") on 20 June 2014 under the Burberry Group plc Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "Sharesave Scheme"), the Company announces the following changes in the Share interests of John Smith, a director.

In accordance with the rules of the Sharesave Scheme, John Smith has entered into a 3-year savings contract and has been granted options over 740 Shares, at an option price of £12.16 per Share.  The options will become exercisable on 1 September 2017.
