In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R.3.1.2 Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company") was notified on 20 June 2014 that, Nina Bibby, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 3,500 Ordinary Shares (0.0004% of the Company's issued share capital) in the Company at a price of 355.80 pence per share. All of the shares were purchased in London, on 20 June 2014.

Following the above purchase, the total number shares of 10 pence each held by Nina Bibby and each of the Directors/PDMRs, and their connected persons, of the Company are as follows:
