NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the first Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 11 July 2014 at 10.00am.

The Notice together with the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the period 11 January 2013 to 31 March 2014 (the "Accounts") have today been dispatched to shareholders.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
