Save As You Earn Scheme

Under the ASOS Plc HMRC Approved Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of the SAYE Plan has purchased 130,204 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market (at a price of 2921.5023 pence per share).

Following the settlement of this transaction, the trustee holds a total of 489,633 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.59% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
