Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 13 June 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 82,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 621.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 601.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 453,635,339 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
