Director shareholding

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 4 June 2014, Mrs Sophie Emma Horton transferred 5,945 ordinary shares to Mr Frederick Charles Horton, both of whom are connected persons to Mr Andrew Horton.  Mr Horton and his connected persons continue to hold 1,580,087 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
