DCC plc announces that on 6 June 2014, 10,500 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription price paid for these shares ranged from €12.75 per share to €18.05 per share.

DCC now has a total of 83,947,195 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 4,282,209 shares held in treasury.
