Directors' Dealings
The Company has received notice that, on 4 June 2014, the following dealings by directors of the Company took place:
Simon Jackson, a director of the Company, sold 7,750 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal shareholding at a price of 1,607.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Simon Jackson's beneficial interest in the Company is 78,549 Ordinary Shares representing 0.59% of the Company's issued share capital.
Andrew Shepherd, a director of the Company, and his wife sold a total of 2,250 Ordinary Shares from his and his family's personal shareholding at a price of 1,607.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these dealings, Andrew Shepherd's beneficial interest in the Company is 48,915 Ordinary Shares representing 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital.
Separately, Lucy Cook has been appointed Company Secretary in place of Simon Jackson. Simon will remain as Finance Director and a member of the Board of Directors.
