Following payment of the Morgan Sindall Group plc (the "Company") final dividend for 2013 on 23 May 2014, the Company received notification on 3 June 2014 that a purchase of 200 Morgan Sindall Group plc ordinary shares have been made today on behalf of Mrs Skerry Crummett, a person connected with the director Steve Crummett, at a price of 822.38 pence per share to invest dividends received.

These purchases have increased Steve Crummett's total beneficial interest in Morgan Sindall Group plc ordinary shares to 12,200.
