Volvere has today posted to shareholders notice of its annual general meeting, to be held at 11 a.m. at Squire Sanders (UK) LLP, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH on 26 June 2014 (the "AGM"), together with hard copies (for those shareholders who have elected to receive a printed copy) of its Annual Report and Financial Statements ("Annual Report") for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.  Copies of the notice of AGM and Annual Report are now also available online at:  http://www.volvere.co.uk/investor-relations/downloads.aspx.
