Purchase of Own Securities

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), the international, independent provider of Escrow, Assurance and Domain Services, has today bought back 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury, 491,283 Ordinary Shares at a price of 180 pence per share and 108,717 Ordinary Shares at a price of 175.62 pence per share.

Following the above purchase 600,000 Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as treasury shares. The Company will then have 207,870,322 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the treasury shares) and 600,000 treasury shares.

The above figure of 207,870,322 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
