The Company advises that six of the PDMR/Director shareholdings announced to the market on 8 May 2014 (under RNS No 6015G) included inaccurate calculations of the number of shares sold by those PDMRs/Directors to cover the exercise of their individual awards.  The inaccuracy resulted from an administrative error by the Company's third party share plan administrator which has subsequently been rectified. 

The disclosures below reflect the accurate positions for each of the PDMRs/Directors.

The notifications relate to transactions notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 and the dealings were in respect of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of Croda International Plc.

Each of the transactions related to the exercise on 6 May 2014 of nil cost awards granted on 3 May 2011 under the Bonus Co-Investment Plan (BCIP) and the subsequent sale of all or part of the award shares.
