Volvere (AIM:VLE), the turnaround investment company, confirms that, further to the notification of its Final Results at 0700 today, it has also this morning published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2013 on its website at: http://www.volvere.co.uk/investor-relations/downloads.aspx

Hard copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated form of proxy,

are expected to be posted to shareholders on 2 June 2014 at which time the Notice of AGM will also be made available on the Company's website detailed above.
