Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has allotted 80,000 new ordinary shares of US0.000001 each ("New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of employee options. An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur at 08.00 am on or around 3 June 2014 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company will have 189,643,652 voting ordinary shares in issue.  

The above figure (189,643,652) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bond under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
