Sound Oil announces that copies of the 2013 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Proxy Voting form have been sent to shareholders and are now available for viewing on the Company's website at www.soundoil.co.uk.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson at 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY at 3:00pm on Wednesday 25 June 2014.
