Additional Listing and Director Dealings
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 55,380 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Shares") to trading on AIM. The New Shares have been issued to Jamie Hewitt, a director of the Company to fulfil options, following which Mr Hewitt's total holding in the Company will be 109,485 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 0.02% of the issued share capital of M&C Saatchi.
Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 27 May 2014.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue on the date of admission of the New Shares will be 64,915,199. Of this total, 700,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights will be 64,215,199.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
