Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK coal developer of a 1.4 billion tonne lignite resource located in the south-eastern desert of the Sindh Province, Pakistan, announces that it has today held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 23 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London W1S 1JB.
